Randy has been involved in the aquatic construction industry since 1973 and has experienced all of the changes and growth since that time. His duties have included managing individual crews during the early years to supervising all phases of the construction process for large commercial indoor and outdoor waterpark projects. Randy is primarily responsible for Neuman Group’s multi-talented and diverse construction teams that operate throughout the United States. |

His project experience ranges from programming and conceptual planning to construction management. With overall responsibility for large project development, Matt has handled resort, municipal and commercial projects ranging from $8 million to $80 million. |

His experience covers the development of a diverse group of project types including indoor and outdoor municipal aquatic centers, hotel/resort waterparks, commercial waterparks, and “water playgrounds”. He works well in balancing the vision and needs of the client with the needs and opportunities of the site and surrounding environment. |

His ability to apply his hands-on experience to the design and engineering of aquatic facilities has helped define Neuman Group as a leading aquatic design build firm. He has been involved with several hundred waterpark/aquatic projects. |
