His duties have included managing individual crews during the early years to supervising all phases of the construction process for large commercial indoor and outdoor waterpark projects. Randy is primarily responsible for Neuman Group’s multi-talented and diverse construction teams that operate throughout the United States. |

| Matt has 20 years of experience in the design and construction of numerous building types and structures, commercial as well as hospitality projects, throughout the United States. His project experience ranges from programming and conceptual planning to construction management. With overall responsibility for large project development, Matt has handled resort, municipal and commercial projects ranging from $8 million to $80 million. |

| Scott has many years of experience as an aquatics industry Project Designer and Project Manager, having joined our team in 1996. His experience covers the development of a diverse group of project types including indoor and outdoor municipal aquatic centers, hotel/resort waterparks, commercial waterparks, and “water playgrounds”. He works well in balancing the vision and needs of the client with the needs and opportunities of the site and surrounding environment. |

| Tom has twenty-two years experience in the plumbing field with involvement in residential, commercial and municipal projects, including design and installation technology. He has over fifteen years of aquatic experience with design and installation methods on residential, commercial, municipal and waterpark projects. His ability to apply his hands-on experience to the design and engineering of aquatic facilities has helped define Neuman Group as a leading aquatic design build firm. He has been involved with several hundred waterpark/aquatic projects. |

| Nate's responsibilities include sizing and design of pool mechanical rooms and filtration systems. His technical ability along with hands-on experience in mechanical environments is utilized as a mechanical designer. In addition, Nate's experience with AutoCAD software allows us to leverage his talent in the development of the CAD team |

| Jamie joined the group in 1999 as an AutoCAD Technician. He is now the AutoCAD Team Leader and is responsible for training, assigning jobs to CAD personnel and tracking outgoing construction documents. Jamie also prepares construction documents for many of Neuman Group's waterpark projects. |
